The fresh and lively hop character is derived from using 4 hop varieties: Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and Columbus, this Double India Pale Ale has a unique balance of complex, smokey and fruity aromas. An intense bitter taste complimented with a deep rich aftertaste.

Pairs well with a robust steak, spiced grilled cedar plank salmon, spicy chili or stew and a juicy burger with sharp cheddar. This award-winning beer earned the 2011 and 2010 Bronze Medal in the Imperial IPA U.S. Open Beer Championships.
